Job Title: Agent Field Officer (AFO)

Locations: Area 11, Area 8, Utako, Central Area and Wuse 2 – Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
• Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your
• Customer) documentation is collected.
• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company’s financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps and savings plans.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
  Qualification
• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND /
• BSc Degree with a minimum of 1 year sales / marketing experience is required.
• Age: Not more than 35 years.
  Salary and Benefits
• N115,000 – N130,000 / Month.
