Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the financial services sector across West and East Africa.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Mida’s footprint in these regions.
  Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions across Africa.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial services.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with Mida’s growth objectives.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful implementation and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Represent Mida at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the financial services sector in Africa.
• Strong understanding of the financial services landscape in Nigeria
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience with selling fintech solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
  What We Offer
• Salary: N750,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
