Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Locations: Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara

Age: Not more than 35 years.
Job Responsibilities

• Marketing of retail banking products and services
  Check pickups (revenue collection)
• Prepare call memos
• Prepare target market list
• Respond to customers’ inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
• Assist with loan request documentation.
  Key Responsibilities include:
• Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
• Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company’s financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
  Qualification
• NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc.
• Experience: At least one year of sales/marketing experience is required.
  Remuneration
• Salary: N115,000 – N130,000 monthly.
• HMO, pension, and other benefits.
