Job Summary

• As the Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads and pastries while ensuring consistency, accuracy in measurements, and adherence to food safety standards.
  Responsibilities
• Prepare breads and pastries daily following approved recipes and standards
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients to ensure consistency in production
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with food safety standards
• Monitor baking processes and report any issues with ingredients or equipment.
  Requirements
• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience in baking (bread and pastries)
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, and recipe scaling
• Certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is an advantage
• High level of discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  Salary
  N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
