Security Manager

Honeywell is a conglomerate founded by Oba Otudeko. It has a flour mill which is located in Sagamu, Ogun State. They produce wheat and non-wheat based products. They are into the production of flour, wheat meal, semolina, pasta and noodles.
We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose 

• To manage and coordinate security operations at Honeywell Flour Mills.
• Maintaining the safety of personnel, safeguarding company assets, and maintaining operational integrity and business continuity in support of the organization’s long-term objectives
  The Job
• Compile the company’s annual security plans, strategies and work program
• Develop/refine and implement appropriate security policies, processes and procedures ensuring dissemination to all stakeholders
• Develop measures and procedures for securing business facility and premises to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors
• Develop contingency plans, emergency procedures and incident responses to manage emergency situations
• Periodically evaluate the efficacy of existing security infrastructure including CCTV, Walkie Talkie, Hand
• Held Metal Detectors and protocols making refinements as appropriate
• Conduct periodic audits to identify gaps in security platform and develop risk management assessment
• Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel; evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions
  Qualifications and Experience
• B.Sc. In Criminology, Security Management or any related field with 7 – 10 years’ cognate experience.
• Prior experience in law enforcement or related security field is an added advantage.

  Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have good accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be proactive and a good team player
• Possess solid conflict management and resolution skills
