Job Summary

• As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving revenue growth, managing retail teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
• Develop merchandising strategies and maintain premium visual presentation standards
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize business results
• Lead, coach, and develop retail staff to achieve operational excellence
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably within luxury retail environments
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales performance analysis
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage store profitability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  Salary
  N800,000 – N1,200,000 monthly
