Job Summary
- As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and leading end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization across the business.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute supply chain strategies that optimize procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations
Lead cross-functional supply chain teams to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and timely delivery across the value chain - Establish strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to improve service levels and reduce operational costs
- Monitor supply chain performance, identify risks and process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and inventory control standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is mandatory
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive supply chain experience within the FMCG sector, with proven leadership experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS, or equivalent is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, ERP systems, and supply chain optimization
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Salary
NGN 2,000,000 – NGN 3,500,000 / Month
