Job Summary

• As the Head of Human Resources, you will provide strategic leadership for the company’s people function and align workforce priorities with business objectives.
• You will build scalable HR structures, strengthen leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and advise executive management on talent, culture, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the company’s people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession framework
• Advise executive management on business decisions involving talent, structure, leadership capability, and organizational growth
• Lead performance management, compensation reviews, promotions, leadership development, and employee-retention initiatives
• Establish HR policies, governance systems, people analytics, and compliant employee-relations processes
• Lead senior-level recruitment and develop a high-performing HR team capable of supporting a growing fintech business.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution; CIPM certification is mandatory, while SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or an MBA is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience, including significant responsibility in an HR leadership or managerial role
• Previous experience within a fintech or fast-paced technology company is required
• Proven success in building HR structures, managing organizational change, and partnering with founders or executive leadership
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, people analytics capability, and the confidence to influence senior-level decisions.
  Salary
  N1,000,000 – N2,000,000 monthly.
