Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Linesman to join our technical operations team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fibre optic cables and systems, ensuring optimal network performance and timely response to service disruptions.
  Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair fibre optic cables, lines, and communication systems
• Diagnose faults and replace damaged or outdated fibre infrastructure
• Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to network faults and emergency repair needs
• You ve Work closely with vendors, partners, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate system records, reports, and documentation
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere strictly to all safety standards and regulations
  Perform tasks at heights and in outdoor field environments
  Requirements
• ND or NABTEB in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fibre optics, telecoms, or power distribution
• Hands-on experience with fibre optic installations and maintenance
• Ability to  work at heights (up to 40–50 feet)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
