Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Executive Team

Location: Akanu Ibiam International Airport (AIIA), Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
The Opportunity

  • We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised and discreet professional to provide executive support to our Executive Leadership Team.
  • The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative, logistical and confidential support to members of the Executive Team, ensuring the efficient coordination of executive schedules, meetings, travel, communications and strategic priorities.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between Executive Management and internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
    What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate Board, Executive Committee and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
  • Track executive decisions and follow up on action items.
  • Manage confidential records, executive communications and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate protocol, VIP visits and high-level stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Executive Office.
    What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Secretarial Administration, Mass Communication, Law or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years’ executive support experience, including at least 5 years supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
  • Relevant professional certification such as CAP, CGI/ICSA or an equivalent Executive Assistant qualification will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, business writing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
  • Absolute integrity, sound judgment, attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Experience in aviation, airports, infrastructure, government or other highly regulated industries will be an added advantage.
