Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry, also known as Divine Success, is a manufacturing company that is involved in the production of a variety of household plastic products like coolers, food flasks, baskets, etc.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production personnel, monitoring output, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that production targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Nysc certification
• 0 – 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least a year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
