We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager with a strong marketing background to oversee daily operations, improve business processes, and lead a high-performing remote team.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Club Lagos LA while driving marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, natural leader, and excellent communicator who can effectively manage teams, projects, and marketing campaigns in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

  • Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Create and maintain operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between marketing, customer service, sales, and administrative teams.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Marketing & Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media managers to execute campaigns.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a remote team to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability measures.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  •  Minimum of 3 years experience in Operations
  • Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with entertainment, hospitality, nightlife, events, media, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing virtual assistants, creatives, and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and performance analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and business growth.
