Job Description
- Our client is recruiting a detailed oriented, experenced Content Creator.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content across all social media platforms and other platorms used by the organization.
- Content Creation: Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage the brand’s online community to foster relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand’s voice effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
