Job Summary
- They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and support a high-performing sales-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.
- Drive HR initiatives that improve staff motivation and productivity.
- Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Implement performance management systems and HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) is an advantage.
- 3–5 years HR experience, preferably supporting sales or fast-paced teams.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR software or HRIS tools.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
