We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Support Associate (Sales & Community)

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Contract: 3-Month Contract (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Support Associate to support our client acquisition efforts while managing and growing our professional community.
This is a hybrid role combining sales support, community engagement, and basic operational support. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, organized, and able to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Make cold calls and outreach to potential clients (pharmacies and healthcare businesses)
  • Engage leads from marketing campaigns and social media
  • Clearly communicate our services and respond to inquiries
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to improve marketing efforts

Community Management (Core Responsibility):

  • Manage and grow the company’s WhatsApp community
  • Drive consistent engagement (posts, conversations, updates)
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain an active, valuable community
  • Support the creation and engagement of new communities where necessary

Operations & Recruitment Support:

  • Post and update job openings on the company website
  • Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Support the recruitment team with simple coordination tasks when needed

Key Requirements

  • Preferrably NYSC Corper
  • 1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills (phone, WhatsApp, and written)
  • Comfortable with client outreach and engagement
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Basic digital skills (Google Docs, spreadsheets, WhatsApp)
  • Can be a corper.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
