Job Title: Network & Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• We are seeking a competent and proactive Network & Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of network systems.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity, system reliability, and service uptime across client locations and internal infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and wireless networks).
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and resolve faults to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Support field deployments and client installations for internet and ICT solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and maintenance logs.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
• Carry out system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver efficient and timely service to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in network support or infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and basic network security principles.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
